Great news -- welcome to your journey. A little clutch of you are all starting within a few days of each other. Do all stay in touch, via the forum, and share the ups and downs.

So all was going well, received the paperwork signed and sent back and then today I’ve received a letter from PayPal! A little scary... I know I’ve been told to ignore correspondence from creditors and only deal with my IP going forwards. This letter sounds like it’s aware of my IVA but are still Pursuing recovery?

it Says “You are in breach of condition 15.4 of your agreement with PayPal credit as we have received notice that you are or are likely to become bankrupt or enter into an equivalent process with your creditors in accordance with the condition 15.4 we are entitled to close your account terminate your agreement and demand repayment of the full amount outstanding”

Is this an automatically generated letter or should I be worried?

Thanks

It is most likely a standard demand --- some creditors supress these, some don't. You may also get the default notices in due course.

You will be fine - pass it on to your IP. Paypal can do nothing.
