My wife currently pays rent and council tax, and I pay all other bills along with around 23k of unsecured debt in my name. She has agreed to pay rent and council tax for one more month, after that, I would need to find another 600 to stay in my home. Which I cannot afford. Please advise

You need to explore your options to see whether a Debt Management Plan, DRO, Bankruptcy or an IVA might be suitable for you.

I cannot advise based on the limited information you have provided but feel free to call me for a chat so we can narrow down your options.

Speak to a couple of firms, such as Lisa, above, Keith White on the number on the top right or a firm like McCambridge Duffy. There are, of course, the so called "Charity" firms, where service can be mixed and the "IVA Factories" like Aperture and Creditfix, as well as numerous small firms around the country.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
