Hi all I phoned CF just now asking about my F&F meeting on Friday and an outcome.
I was told that one creditor has refused the offer and apparently the senior on the case has 7 days to try and over turn the decision and they will get back to me after the 28th September! Is this how it works?

I am afraid that CF do seem to do things differently and, as a result, get more adjourned meetings and refusals than most firms. However, they do put in the work to try to bring creditors round and will try to outnumber the negative creditor by getting more "yes's" to actually vote.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Thanks for your quick response Foggy, it’s so frustrating as they money I have offered is only a couple of hundred less than what I would of paid up until it finished!

Sorry to hear that. Let's hope CF pull their finger out and get a positive outcome for you.
