Hi

I am just after a bit of advice at the moment me and my husband owe about £58,000 between us if we could pay about £285 per month do you thing that there is any chance that they would be accepted by the creditors. I know that it is a little on the low side.

Many thanks

Have you spoken to an IP hopefull? they will give you case specific advice.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

If you havent already chosen an IP, take a look at www.iva.com where you will find a list of IVA providers and reviews on each.
Its recommended to call 2 or 3 to be sure you are clear on all advice given and comfortable with whoever you then choose to represent you.

Best of luck
