Were MF one of your creditors? Or have they purchased the debt from a former creditor ? Do the amounts tie up to an old debt ?

If you can tie it to a debt that was in the IVA, send them a copy of the completion certificate.

First thing is to not panic. Chances are that MF have bought a debt and are trying the tried old tactic of getting you to make a payment. MF have not that long been a topic of conversation with the FCA over their tactics and due diligence over debt management! This company are run by shils and have no scruples. Up to Feb 2017 500000 customers had debts written off by the FCA that were on the books of these cowboys. There would be no harm in sending a copy of your CC to them, make sure you send it recorded so you have a paper trail, if they persist then contact your local CAB and FCA. Again do not panic, this company is prolific in making false claims of debts owed. You are still covered by your IVA conditions over such horrible people.
