Although IVA completed 2 years ago I have an outstanding balance on credit file.

Hi iv completed an Iva 2 years ago and the other day I checked my credit files and Barclays Bank have defaulted me since my Iva had finished and when Experian got in touch with them they said to call them myself to resolve the matter but I’m scared if I do call them they might say there’s still an outstanding balance Even tho I got a certificate from dfd..is it possible they could still ask me for money?plz help

If they were in the completed IVA they cannot ask for any more money. the default should drop off your record when it is 6 years old and they are obliged to make the default date the start date of your IVA. When did the IVA start ?

It's quite a common error - if you contact their Data Controller they should amend the default date to the IVA start date and it will then fall off the credit report.
