I had a visit from a bailiff last week demanding a full payment from me which sent me into panic mode and I ended up on the phone to aperture about a iva although I only rang for advice I signed a application for a Iva as I was distraught and didn’t see a way out however after thinking about it I don’t want the Iva and the meeting with my creditors isn’t for another three weeks yet can I get out of the iva before the meeting as a cooling off period I was coping with my debts until the visit the other day that sent me into panic mode

Until the meeting you can stop the process (sooner, rather than later).

Absolutely you can stop the process as your creditors meeting has not yet taken place. Best to be sure now rather than later find a few issues.
