I need to open a business bank account - am I likely to find it difficult when the IVA is still on my credit report, even though it was completed 4 years ago?
Have you checked your credit record to see what it says? If it is then you should be ok with a business account.

IVA will be on your record for six years from approval.
It is always best to check credit records to see what is noted against your name.
If the IVA is still noted against his name then he should contactthe CRA to get them to remove the IVA from the record.
