Sort of ..... you need to wait for your completion certificate before you are officially out of the IVA and debt free --- but CF are usually quite quick at getting that sorted --- then begins the clean up process to get your credit file back on track. Have a read here for that: https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record

Congratulations Sam, the end of a hard road I am sure. I agree in terms of checking your credit file, in particular making sure that no defaults post-date the date of your IVA. This might be important if/when you come to apply for a mortgage or other credit in the future. Also once you have your Certificate of Satisfaction for the IVA you will want to make sure you are removed from the Insolvency Register.

It varies from company to company but hopefully it will be with you soon.

Anything from a few weeks to a few months --- but Creditfix do seem to be one of the faster ones in this regard.

If you are looking at your reports via the likes of Clearscore, Noddle and the like, these could be over a month out of date. The defaults, IVA, etc. might well be gone from the live reports direct from the credit reference agencies, but will still show on these online jobbies.
