Hi I’m looking for advice really
I lost my job so payments were transferred to my guarantor since then my guarantor entered an iva to which amigo loans were added to. Amigo loans then issued a Ccj to myself. Due to the level of debt I was in I went bankrupt. Amigo loans are still persuing me for the debt although it was listed on my bankruptcy. I was told not to pay anything to them as I’m no longer legally responsible for the debt due to the bankruptcy order. Can they still continue to hound me for the debt?

No they can't --- pass them over to your OR / IP

I agree - they can do nothing.

No refer Amigo to your Trustee in Bankruptcy.

Also ask the TIB to deal with it.
