Andy, just wanted to say thanks for the advice regarding my work colleague and me being a witness.

My colleague has told me today that all forms are shredded and she has decided against the loan. I am so relieved for her. She has checked her credit rating and it shows poor at the minute. So she has worked out a few things and has decided to move 2 of her credit card balances to another card with a very low interest rate which means her payments reduce each month. At least thats I think she said.

Anyways, thanks again.
