Forgot to ask will I have to submit my hubby's p60 etc as the iva is just in my name?
Also my hubby gets petrol expenses paid each month. This can be £30 one month,£0 the next as it is for when he gets called out.He is a duty engineer one week in three. Will we be penalised for this as I don't think it was taken into account in monthly income or will it be classed as his bonus?

Many thanks

I also work a 3 week weekend cycle and receive expenses for this part of my job. I declared this at the start of my IVA and my IP classed it as a working expense not an income or bonus. It is shown on my monthly wage slip, but as it is consumed in fuel and expenses he thought it as not a bonus.

Hi Natalie, as the iva is in your name, your hubby will not have to justify his income/expenses.As long as he's contributing his share to the household expenses.

Your hubby's expenses and and any bonuses will be his to do with as he wishes.
