I am due my annual review in my 1st year of my Iva,I have had no problems with payments all made on time in full..but the last two months I started to gamble stupid mistake ,I have had no big wins Mabey £120 at the most but have spent a lot on the sites.
I have as of 3 weeks ago signed myself in to a stop gambling program and closed every account I have down.
I am terrified that my Iva will fail now and not sure what the best corse of action is.
Any advice will be appreciated

You made a potential mistake, but you have now taken steps to rectify it. your winnings do not breach the windfall clauses, so all good there.

Gambling in itself is not an issue until and if it becomes a problem. Your IP, if they notice and take issue, will probably want confirmation of the steps you have taken and / or will watch your finances a little more closely for a while.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Fingers crossed it all goes ok.
