Any advice on our annual review would be really appreciated. We are sending in all our payslips and income and expenditure sheets but I am really worried about it as it is all so scary again, feels like going back to last year. Can they make us fail even if we have kept up all the payments? We have had a change in circumstance this year as I have taken a career break to look after the children and am only working part time but it all works out about the same as we don't have as much childcare costs, train fare, petrol or car payments etc. We don't have as much income as we should have to cover all of the costs on our original list but then we didn't when we started either as my first pay packet after maternity leave turned out to be about £80 a month less than what I was expecting because they changed all of the childcare vouchers system at our company. Anyway, am I worrying for no reason or are we at risk of havin the IVA failed?

Hi there I agree that annual review times can be stressful and I always worry a little until I hear all is ok.

If you've kept your payments up to date and paid any extras due over then why would they fail you?

I'm sure you'll be fine, put in your honest income and expenditure form and your worries will soon be put to rest. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Dont panic,as long as long as you are maintaining your payments, there shouldnt be any problems. Just be honest when filling in your review paperwork and you will be fine.

It is a worrying time though,as you always expect your IP to come back and say you are due them XXXX amount!!!

well there is no way we owe them any money as my husbands wage slips have already been reviewed and we paid the additional payment for some overtime. I don't get any overtime and paid my additional payment for a small bonus at Christmas time. My worry is that we don't actually have as much surplus income as we should have and I am worried that they will say that we can't afford the payments even though we have been paying them and fail us on that. Our income is not as much as it should have been at the beginning and really instead of paying £465 a month, really this should be about £400 to allow for all the items on the income and expenditure list.

Its horrible isn't it. You shouldn't ever be left waiting about something so important. It is far too worrying, I hope you hear soon.

I think you will find that regardless of what your I and E shows if you have been saving elsewhere to keep your payments up then you will be told to carry on as you are. If you are struggling and earning less than you were talk to your IP about a reduction.

To Nursecrippen

I know that you are a client of mine, and therefore may I apologise on behalf of our team for not responding to your e-mails. I will personally look intot this for you tomorrow, and someone will respond to you with an explanation.

We tend to do the reviews at the end of the 2 month period we are allowed following the anniversary, so please don't worry as it is all in hand and any changes will be from the date we notify you and not the anniversary.

I have spoken to Laura and asked her to call you today Heidi. The member of staff dealing with your case has been on sick leave for the last three months, but no excuses we should have picked the ball up here. Thank you for drawing this to my attention.

All's well that ends well - not sure why those e-mails were not received, but glad we have been able to clear this up for you.
