The 2nd anniversay of my IVA went by on 15 July and I have sent all my stuff off to my IP but I haven't had the annual report or any decision yet? Its worrying me that its taking so long but I know everything is in order. Is this timescale normal because I don't remember it taking so long last year?
IVA completed September 2014. Finaly debt free - final dividend 88p/£

Hi there and welcome to the forum. I'm sure everything is in order, why not drop them an email or give them a call just to make sure all is ok?

I think there is a time guide but not sure what it is, Melanie may be able to help on this x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

They have until 15 September to conclude this - so I am sure you will hear over the next couple of days.

What happens if the deadline isn't met? My anniversary was 29 June acceptance/ 25 July first payment and I haven't even received the paperwork yet.

You should have received a copy of the annual report by 29 August 2010. Who is acting for you?

Vardan Nuttall. I have called a couple of times and they are certain it was put in the post but nothing has come thru. They didn't seem worried so neither was I. Maybe another one for my ip...you also helped with my dividend query today. I'll put it all in an email tomorrow. Always deal by phone but think it may be just as well to get these in writing as I want a very uneventful five years!!

Hi, not all my creditors have submitted a claim yet. The 71p/£ isn't a minimum either so I will not have a shortfall when the stragglers join the party.

Doesn't liamjames work for that firm? If so, perhaps he can chase up the missing paperwork for you?

That would be great. They seem reluctant to send a second lot of paperwork in the post. They did say they'd email it to me today and nothing still. I'm sure it's not intentional but I'm getting jittery.

Hopefully Liam will pick up on this and ensure you get the paperwork without delay

Liam - you have been posting on the forum today but obviously have not picked up this post from a client of your firm. Can you try and assist them please?

My papers were emailed to me today so vie sent back the i&e soft copy and will be posting the printed copy with payslips, p60 and back up paperwork tomorrow. I'm just about to change jobs with a decent payrise and increased expenditure around travel etc so I'll have to redo in a couple of months anyway! As an aside, I will be working in fashion retail and will be spokesperson for the company...could I adjust clothing allowance for this? I currently have 28pm which doesn't really go anywhere...in my provisional calcs I have doubled this. Even accounting for increased costs I should increase my contractual payments by about 30-35pc.

You may well be able to justify a higher clothing allowance due to the needs of your job, but really this is a matter for direct discussion with your IP.

Good luck!

I'm so sorry I missed this Broke! The 15th was my birthday and I had two weddings that week, so I couldn't spend as much time here as I'd have liked. I'm sending you an email now so you have my address, because you don't seem to be able to contact me directly via the forum.
Take care,

Liam James
