I have been in an IVA with Apeture since August 2017 and I have not heard anything in regards to my annual review. This is starting to concern me and I am wanting to know, is this is normal or should I be chasing this up!? There has been times I have emailed the company to inform them
Of a change eg that my wage has gone up and they said they will look at this when I have my review but nothing up to now. I would be grateful for your thoughts and advice.

They are running out of time to get the review report to creditors ( within 2 months of the anniversary date), however, creditors do not seem to be fazed by such as this. Aperture, having recently acquired other firms caseloads, are running behind in almost everything and I would suggest that you chase them (keeping copies) so that you can demonstrate, if neem be, that you tried and any delay is theirs alone.
