Hi
I have just completed my third annual review. My IVA started in 2007 and I am in a six year IVA (one year as lieu of equity in property).
Will my next year's review will be the final one being that it will be my fourth annual review going into my fifth year? Does the IVA officially finish after year 5 and the extra year is just making extra payments to cover equity in property?
Thanks

You will have a review at the end of your fifth year as the creditors will want to know whether or not you can up your payments.
