Is there a timescale from when your annual review should be made once all information has been sent in, last year it tookn a number of months before I heard anything from my IP, I thought this review had to be done on each anniversary.

I think it should be done within two months of the anniversary but not 100% sure on that.

We have a quarterly review, others have monthly ones, but the big 12 month one has to be done within 2 months.

I'm not actually bothered by it. Just photocopy the payslips and send them in. I also put a covering letter in to inform them of any increases in expenditure.

Payments haven't changed fortunately! They don't even want to know about a payrise until the annual review.

It's just the way each company runs. When we started the IVA it was yearly, then went to quarterly.

The only constant is the yearly review.

I am surpided that they can change your reviews to quarterly especially presuming your IVA states reviews will be done annually like mine states.

There is no reason why they can't ask for payslips on a more regular basis.

I have no problem with sending the slips in quarterly.
