i bought some tickets on my cc as u know that acc has closed with in iva how can the travel agent refund me?

It depends on how the card issuer has treated the account --- it might still be able to accept refunds. You will need to check with the card issuer.

You are not probably entitled to a refund -- it will either go back to Barclays or be payable to the IVA.
