Late last year, after the completion of my six year IVA, I complained to Hoist Portfolio (Barclaycard) about incorrect default dates. They basically ignored my complaint so I complained to the Information Commissioner's Office. Eventually after many months the issue was resolved and yesterday I received a cheque for £150 from Hoist for the inconvenience.

We've just opened a new 'proper' current account as well and haven't got any paying in slips yet. Luckily the old Cashminder is still open so we could pay it in there.
