Hi everyone...it's been a while since my last post, but I have a question and thought it best to ask on here.
We did a full and final IVA in Nov 2013 and it completed in Nov 2014, at the time we claimed PPI and while it was only a small amount it was paid to the IVA. Now we've received a letter from Aperture Debt Solutions, advising they have instructed First Dispute Management to investigate PPI for the benefit of the IVA and we've to complete a questionnaire. My question is, the IVA completed 5yrs ago so for how long are we going to be instructed to claim PPI for the benefit of the IVA. We thought once the IVA completed in the year and we had our completion certificate that was us done with it all? Are we wrong? And what about future assets like inheritance, is that still going to be of interest to the IVA even though that's hopefully a long way in the future. Appreciate any advice,
Sara
Inheritance is quite safe unless it was known aboutdueing the IVA. Come August PPI claims no longer exist. It won't hurt to fill it in as you probably won't see a penny of it. It will go to your original creditors.

They can only investigate things that existed during the IVA ( like PPI). The time limit for PPI claims is this August, so they are having a last minute panic !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
