Hi all
I have a closed IVA with Grant Thornton / Aperture. Aperture sold my case to Debt Movement.

I now have an issue and the only way to contact them about my case is to email them at IVATrusts@aperture.com. They have a 10 day response rate which is frustrating given the urgency of my query. There isn’t even an acknowledgment that my queries have been received.

Has anyone had any experience of IVATrusts@aperture.com and whether they are responsive. Debt Movement will not discuss my case over the phone.

Any help gratefully appreciated

Hi,

Sorry this has been missed. Laura Prescott and Richard Teague are the IP's for this firm. Try emailing them directly and threaten to make a complaint to the regulatory body - it sometimes works.

Jess620 we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the response timeframe from the IVA Trusts team. The correct email address is IVATrusts@aperture.uk.com. You should receive an acknowledgement in response to your email.

And if that doesn't help, Aperture publish this address (amongst many other variations): IVATrusts@debtmovement.co.uk
I am not qualified to give advice and can only state my opinions, based on my IVA experiences.
