I was previously with debt free direct but aperture took over the Iva.
My last payment was in February it’s now November and still not closed. I was told In April it was very close to completion. I called again in October and was fed the same line.
It’s well over 6 months and now when I call for an update it says I’m 6th in the queue then goes down to 1 and I either get cut off or sent to a voicemail message and never reply to me. I’ve sent emails and on their website and get nothing back.
I’m concerned now and wondering what I can do. It shouldn’t take this long surely.
