Aperture Trusts has recently joined the forum and I would just like to re-post, here, part of their response to another thread ..........

....... Please may you send an email with all your relevant information to IVATrusts@aperture.uk.com.
Please be advised that our email is case sensitive and should be typed exactly as above.
We apologize that you have yet to hear back from us, our turn around time on emails is 10 working days.
Many thanks!

I am sure that case sensitivity has caught a few of us out recently. So, if you have emailed them and not had a reply within a decent timescale, check the email address and re-send.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hopefully people will pick up on this.
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt
The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

Sadly you get a rejection email you send to that email address.

I sent a email to them, using IVATrusts@aperture.uk.com , and received a response that said

Your message couldn't be delivered

The message you sent to ivatrusts@aperture.uk.com couldn't be delivered due to: Recipient email address is possibly incorrect.

Notice their response email does not show the case sensitive as they suggested
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !
