Hi there,
I am nearing then end of my IVA.
It started on 31.03.15 and my last payment is due in October 2020. Am I right in thinking a final review will be undertaken after my last payment? And is there a possibility I need to make more payments? My schedule states October is my last payment in the arrangement. Hopefully then by March 2021, the IVA will fall off my credit report? Thank you.

The final review will be conducted after the lastr payment has been made --- now, some firms 'hit the ground running' and get things started earlier, allowing formal completion in a matter of weeks to a couple of months. Others, sadly, appear to be surprised that Christmas comes every year, and will take the full 6 months !

There may be further sums due if previous reviews have missed anything (extra income or Great Aunt Maud's passing) or if you are a homeownr and equity release hasn't been addressed yet.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I presume you have covered off any equity release clauses that may have been in your terms and conditions?

Hopefully all being equal you will be clear and in receipt of your certificate of completion by xmas ....well done !
