Hi - just wanted to say that our creditor's meeting was held this morning. Although there were a few amendments, the proposal wasn't changed much and was subsequently accepted! I feel like a weight has lifted and we can start the process of successful financial management. I am so grateful to our IP, who was brilliant throughout.
I hope your experiences turn out to be as positive as ours has - we can start living again now.
[:D]
Always meant well....

Is your IP going to apply for an interim order for you? If not, there is no need for papers to be sent to Court any more.
