Just wondering if anyone has had a delayed review with creditfix?
I got a letter and an email 2 months prior to my review, telling me my review would be due soon and to start preparing documents.
And nothing since. We did a review in april as my salary went up and they increased the payment, but I assume they would do another one on the annual review date.
I think they are a bit snowed under at the moment. I'd give them a nudge.

They might well be relying on the April review as "the" review.
This is yet another example of the larger firms changing things to suit them: In years past the permanent pay rise was not considered until the next scheduled review and then any increase was applied after that review. Several firms are now moving reviews around or introducing interim reviews to capture any increase earlier than intended by the agreed terms.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I have actually experienced both of these. In the past when i have told them about a small increase they have left it and reviewed it on the next review, but on my last one they demanded a review and in my opinion took more than needed and would not budge.
I have spoken to them, they said they would look into it and respond within 72 hours, so lets see.
