NTF are a properly registerd company. The purpose of an IVA is to pay back as much of the debt as possible, NOT to pay back as little as possible. They are correct in asking for a share of extra earnings, as agreed in the terms of your IVA.

You say you will end up paying back the full debt, but remember, you are not having to pay the interest.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Agree they are a proper company. Agree also with Foggy saying you pay back as much as you can.
