I have completed the 5 year repayment agreement. I am now paying a additional 12 months as I am unable to obtain a remortgage. During the first 5 years I had to provide my payslips for the annual review.
Will I have to provide my payslips at the end of the 6th year?
Yes. They will still need to check the total income for the year to ensure no extra income has been missed. This extension year is exactly the same as any other in the IVA.

Dumb question but if I live with my parents and don't own a home at the end of the five year period would it be extended for a year because of that?
There should be no equity release clause as you are not a homeowner, therefore they cannot extend for that reason.
