i am thinking of applying for IVA, so many websites i don't know who is legitimate, are QIS Uk ltd in Preston a real company? they have good reviews on trustpilot but seem a bit too good to be honest. please if anyone would know or can recommend a good company for IVA i would appreciate it
Never heard of QIS --- which doesn't mean they are bad, just not mentioned on the forum. Regulars that post on here are Neville and Co (Lisa Thomas). McCambridge Duffy (Michael Peoples), Freeman Jones, who get good press. There is also, of course, the number on the top right of the screen for advice.
Stepchange can be good, as long as they don't farm your case out. Also mentioned on the forum a lot (not always for the best of reasons - but all reputable) are Payplan, Creditfix and Aperture.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I've found their website but not a lot of information on there and no mention of an IP or anything about any personnel.
