Hay all [:o)]

Just a quickie!!

Does an IVA terminated exactly 5 years on from the date on the Individual Insolvency Register listed as 'Arrangement date'?

For some reason i had the time of July in 2012 as the end of my IVA however im listed in the register as 24th April 2007! (i think confusion on my part as remembering that time in 2007 being quite a traumatic one, with break ups, loosing my home, moving and eventually the IVA).....so does this mean my completion date will in fact be 24th April 2012??

Love and light [;)]

If that's what the register says, I would think it is correct.

Just check with your IP to make sure.
