If you have not been discharged you can do an IVA. If you were previously bankrupt this does not debar you from an IVA for post bankruptcy debts.

And if you live in Northern Ireland, the discharge from bankruptcy does not stop you from applying for an IVA - or at least that is what the Master is currently ruling rightly or wrongly!
