Don't worry Snowball. That is much more important and cannot wait until Monday whereas your IVA can. Enjoy the day.

A quick update. I've got my creditors meeting on the 25th August, so fingers crossed that they accept the proposal put forward, of accepting what as been paid into the IVA until now. Also in hospital on the 17th August for more surgery, and a very lengthy rehabilitation.

Good luck for the 25th and I'm sending you my best wishes for your operation as well.

Hope all goes well.

Hi Snowball, hope all goes well with your operation, your first hurdle.

Just to offer you something positive – we had our IVA concluded early
recently through McD.
I know every case is individual and the outcome cant be predicted but please be assured they will certainly back your case to the hilt and support you wholeheartedly. I think ours is probably the one that Michael Peoples said was not as easy as the other (we had 2 adjourned meetings) but I know they worked really hard for us in the circumstances and am certain they will do the same for you.
I know only too well it’s not an easy time with the worry and the wait, it’s probably worse than at the original proposal time! But stay positive, the decision we got shows that the creditors are not heartless, I’ll keep all my fingers and toes crossed for you.xx

Thanks for all the support, I'm trying to stay positive in my outlook, it's been a hard year, but hopefully some light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm still awaiting the outcome of the creditors meeting.I contacted McD yesterday, and they are still waiting for all the creditors votes to come in. The ones that have voted, had rejected the proposal put forward.
Also had my op last week, and things aren't looking too good on that front.
