Hi there

My IVA just got approved via Financial Support Systems
( I applied on the 5th of Jan 2021 - approved on the 1st of Feb)
However now that i am
Moving flat and sorting all my utility bills i’ve notice that affinity water has not sent me an account login from the day we’ve moved in 28 -09-2019 I did have a chat conversation with them prior our moving in date and they told me that they will email/post my bill but until today i have not received any letter from them
My question is if i am going to call affinity and am pretty sure they will backdate bill me can i ask FSS to include this in my IVA?
Thank you

You can ask them to consider it as a debt that was unknown at the time - were they aware you were going to be moving so soon after approval?

During the interview with FSS I have mentioned that I need to look for a more affordable rent and that I'm just finishing my contract

You should not be taking any credit at all. You should also inform your IP company of any changes in your I&E.
