Hi Bobby,
You should have been advised to open a bank account with a bank that you have no debts with. The co-op are sympathetic to those in IVA's.

Hi and welcome to the forum, were you not advised to get a new bank account separate from any of your creditors prior to the start of your IVA, that is the usual advice of an IP.
The co-op as Julie says is sympathetic to IVA's and the Yorkshire Bank has good reveiws too. I would give them a ring and ask, I'm sure you'll find an account to have.
Here's hoping it's sorted soon and the remainding term of your IVA goes smoothly for you x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi there don't worry about the charges they will be included in the iva as others have said you should have been advised to open a new bank account not connected to any creditors
Iva completed
