Hi there so in my previous question about involving my over draft with my current bank Iv managed to open a bank account with nationwide, once in my IVA is this confidential and they won't find out once my current account gets frozen

Nationwide will not know about your IVA.

They will not be told, but will, of course, be aware of the monthly payment going out as the IVA progresses.

Mine went out via Nationwide and it was never questioned.

My Co-op account hasn't been an issue, even with there being a direct debit entitled Stepchange VA being taken each month. I did wonder if they might do some kind of direct debits scan and question it, but so far so good.

Mine did state IVA on the Standing Order details and it never flagged up.
