Hi. I hope someone here might be able to help me. I was thinking how does it look like with iva while working only bank staff hours. It means I would be paid different money each month depends on how often they need me. How it works with I&E and what I lay towards my IVA? Thank you
You would need to discuss this with your IP. However, if there is a chance that you could be left some weeks with little or no income an IVA might not be suitable. There would need to be a workable amount that you can guarantee and then you would pay over anything in excess of that as previously agreed in your terms.
