Hi,I have been apporoved by IVA.my problem is my bank still writing me a letter to pay.they're saying i must send a payment

No, you don't need to. Sometimes it takes a while for the info to be passed down regarding your IVA. Speak to your IP and ask them to sort this out. You have nothing to worry about.

You need make no payments. Ask your IP to sort them out.

One of the best things I remember from when we started the IVAs was sending off all those begging letters to our IP every moth until they stopped. If I recognised the return address on the envelope I didn't even open them.
