On the 18 December 2009 an Office of Fair Trading Adjudicator made the following determinations:

UK Bankruptcy Ltd - Licence number 588047: Determination to Revoke the licence

UK Mortgage Link Ltd - Licence number 589829: Determination to Revoke the licence

Bankruptcy Ltd - Licence number 493009: Determination to Revoke the licence

Intl Marketing Ltd (also trading as IVA Watchdog and IVA Review Board) - Licence number 620129: Determination to Revoke the licence

UK Restart Ltd - Application number 619482: Determination to refuse a licence

Petitions Direct Ltd - Application number 625732: Detemination to refuse a licence

Confirmation of these determinations can be found on the Consumer Credit Public Register which can be accessed online via the OFT website ( You will also note that the Consumer Credit Public Register shows that both Bankruptcy Ltd and Intl Marketing Ltd have appealed against the determinations, which means that they continue to be deemed to be licensed until such time as the appeal has been decided.

The above info was kindly passed to me from David Mond, CEO of Cleardebt Group

Excellent news Andy!

Problem is, I'm sure they will spring up again with another name.
