hi whats the best debt managment company to go for if my iva gets rejected again

You can try any of them - no company is worse than another. You could try Stepchange or Payplan.

It depends on what you are going for:

If another IVA, I doubt it would get through if the same creditor digs their heels in. CF failed, for undisclosed reasons, but they seem to have issues anyway. I think you are now trying a smaller firm, who, presumably, have a better fee structure. If that goes west I would think, maybe a DMP, while the dust settles. For that I would go to Stepchange or Payplan as they do fee-free DMP's ( being paid for by creditor 'donations').

Have you explored a Debt Relief Order or Bankruptcy?
