My IVA was moved to CreditfIx along with many other Knightsbridge customers.
I wrote to them last week as I have had a bonus payment and was requesting if I could keep any of the bonus paid over to my creditors as we are in need of a new sofa, tumble dryer (last one died after 17 years!) amongst other things. I know it was a long shot but if you don't ask, you don't know.
I've now had a reply saying that they need to see my payslip so I've sent that across today. It also states that normally creditors won't allow that we use the uplift for personal expenses - fair enough
What they have suggested is that they set up a catch up plan or extend the case (not willing to do this as it's been extended to cover a car purchase)
I haven't heard of a catch up plan before - can anyone explain this to me?`
