They do give you another one, but in the vast majority of cases it's a worse tariff.

Why they do it in the first place I don't know. My supplier hasn't altered a thing.

Had a reply from the to an email, they have reset my DD back to £80 again.
Thay have also lowered my electricity DD by £10 per month but that one seems OK to cover the bills, will keep an eye on it though.
It does not seem as if they have changed the tariffs I was on, so that seems good of them.

Good news. Don't know why they altered it in the first place though if your payments were up to date.

I may have had a good experience because I phoned them prior to proceeding with an IVA or I just happened to get picked up by the lady who was in a super happy mood, I really don't know.
