Hello, my name is Zarak Ribeiro, I'm Portuguese Citizen, live in UK since 2010 and have the permanent residence since May 2015, in 2014 I subscribe an IVA e and now will be apply to British Naturalization is this (IVA) will affect my application?

Hello Zarak. You would need to check with the department dealing with your naturalization application, but, as far as I am aware, the IVA should not have any effect.

I don't see it affecting your IVA as long as you keep meeting the terms of the agreement.

Hi Guys
Have same concern. I actually completed my iva in January and just applied for British citizenship. Now in the application there was nothing mentioning iva so I didn't put any details of mine on it considering also it ended in January. But now I'm a bit worries as maybe the HO will check credit agency and find out I had 1? What is your experience in the matter. Should I have mentioned it and maybe mention it now on a separate covering letter or let it be?
