Hi there,
We have had our IVA since November, and we are settling From a cash sum from a family member. We have put our F&F offer forward - which is the amount we were due to pay.
We would like to sell our property and with the cash buy a house with a very small mortgage (about £20k). Is this possible?
Kind Regards

You would be best speaking to Ryan and or Shaun our mortgage experts on the forum - both have successfully helped many people over the years on differing circumstances.
Whilst the iva remains on your credit file (6 years from start date) it will be more difficult but not impossible

Hope you will be able to buy a house. Do you know by any chance what is the best time to sell your home in the UK? **live link deleted**
has some simple information but I would like to know if you can get more money if you sell property during certain months?
