Can a creditor who voted against my Iva still chase me?

Hi I’m currently in a Iva and one creditor did not agree to it but is included in the Iva can they chase me up for the money ie go to court,turn up at my address demanding payment as they have sent a letter demanding full payment of me?.. my Iva team said not to worry about it as they have sent paper work to them.. thanks

They are also bound by the IVA and cannot harrass you for collection. If they contact you again get your IP to speak to them.

If you've only just gone into your IVA it might be that the info hasn't trickled down yet to the bottom of the food chain.
