can an iva sort out coucil tax arrears too i am due in court on 16th sept and need something sorting out asap

You can have current arrears included I believe.

You need to speak to an Insolvency Practioner. Visit www.iva.com for a list of companies and reviews. The advice is free and impartial.

If you are suitable for an IVA they can take out an Interim Order to stop the court action whilst the IVA is sorted.

Hi Sean - as Jan says you need to speak with an Insolvency firm asap to get proper advice and see what can be done for you.

There are some highly recommended ones on here and Jan provides a good website to look at some reviews.

Yes, we had arrears included in our IVA when we started. x
Its now time to start living and to make some some wonderful memories!
