Hello,
I am in the process of getting documents for an IVA but one of my creditors has been to court in last week or so and got 2 CCJ's against me.
Can these be included in any IVA that gets proposed.
Thanks
Mike

Absolutely - and there is very little to worry about if you have a couple of CCJs, as the IVA itself will soon be registered at the CRA's in any case.
Make sure you provide your IP with details of the CCJ paperwork.
