Can debts on someone else credit card be included in my IVA?

I have debts of 16000 on a family members credit cards not in my name can they still be included with my own debts in an Iva

No --- they are not legally your debts. The family member can be a creditor in your IVA, for your debt to them, and get a dividend like all the other creditors -- they will, however, get copies of all of your financial information as well. They will be responsible for paying off the cards in full themselves.

Agree - you cannot include them.

The family member will be the creditor, not the credit card company.
