Can I apply for an IVA again?

Hi
Im looking into an IVA as a way to sort out my debts. However I was discharge from an IVA 2 years ago for non payment. would i be eligible for an IVA?

What was the reason behind you not paying? Was it affordability and if so, has this changed?

You can try for another one but creditors will want to know the ins and outs of the last one and may not look favourably upon it.

Speak to a couple of companies and see how the land lies.

As Kallis says -- you might have to argue your corner regarding why the last IVA failed and what you have done since to address your debts.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
