My iva has been terminated with creditfix. Can I apply to other companies.
I have not paid for a long time. I was self employed and became ill I could no longer work. I had no income for 7 months until my first benefits. I sent a email to creditfix with sick notes and new income. My payments remaind the same. I could no longer meet the payments.
You can try but there is no guarantee you will be accepted. Are you still on benefits?

What you will need is a sympathetic IP who can make a case for you with your creditors. I would suggest chatting with a small / medium sized firm, rather than any of the large "IVA Factories". However, at the end of the day, it will fall to your creditors to accept or decline.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
